2. Conditions of the 2-Day First Pour Guarantee

The 2-day guarantee is dependent on the following:

a. Weather Conditions

- The guarantee is void in the event of unsuitable or unsafe weather, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, extreme heat, or conditions that prevent correct curing or safe preparation.

- MG Crete reserves the right to postpone works if weather conditions pose risk to the integrity of the slab or safety of trades.

b. Job Description & Scope

- The guarantee applies only to jobs where the scope of work has been clearly defined and approved prior to commencement.

- Changes to the job description, additional work requested, or undisclosed site conditions may affect the timeline.

- The site must be fully accessible, with all necessary preparations completed as agreed.

c. Trade Availability & Site Readiness

- The guarantee is dependent on all required trades, machinery, and materials being available and ready to proceed.

- Delays caused by third-party contractors, site access issues, council requirements, engineering delays, or other external factors are excluded.

3. Exclusions

- This offer does not apply in situations where:

Site conditions differ from what was presented during quoting.

- Additional excavation, levelling, removal of materials, or unexpected site preparation is required.

- Client-caused delays occur (e.g., incomplete site access, delayed approvals, late communication).

- Weather or safety issues prevent concrete pouring or site preparation.

4. General Terms

- MG Crete reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw this offer at any time.
